Week 5 Screencasting

This week, I keep learning more about storyboard and digital video to support instructional needs. In addition to traditional style of videos from last week, I get my hand dirty with screencast and animation.

I am content that I am able to do the following tasks:

  • Identify advanced strategies and practice for creating instructional storyboards

  • Create a personalized storyboard that aligns with an instructional need

  • Develop screencast or animation video to meet an instructional need

  • Publish videos with accurate Closed Captioning files

For this week, I screencast how to create animated objects as shown in Figure 1 in Photoshop 2021. I downloaded the vectors in .EPS format from freepik.com. This businesswoman set was created by katemangostar. The attribution allows the users to use them for commercial and personal projects and to make modifications. Hence, I can use the elements in my work.
